Startup of the ESONE Server

There are two ESONE-servers now. One controling the CFD crates is running on the CVC44. The other one is running on the E7 and is controling the HV. The last one is started automatically when the acquisition is started. The one on the CVC44 has to be started by hand.

Connect via TELNET to CVC44
login with username 'aladin' password 'mudex0"
Change to the S117 directory
```
  Command                 :  cd test
```
Start the SBS
```
  Command                 :  sbs
```

Start the ESONE server

  Command on SBS prompt   :  @start_eso

Stop the ESONE server
```
  Command on SBS prompt   :  @stop_eso
```

On VAX/Alpha side:
