2- CREATE OF NEW SPECTRA

The spectrum viewer of IPN Orsay (DP2) uses a special format based on multiple file tree (Bayer representation) which provides a fast way to access the data. This format is called NDB. For greater details, see at the IPN orsay : " La librairie logicielle NDB ".

CreateNDB is a program to read the raw data of the INDRA June 98 campaign and to generate the NDB file. The package is installed on the Linux cluster of GSI.
