Nuclear Caloric Curve

Abstract:	Liquid-gas phase transition in nuclear matter is investigated via calorimetric studies. Nuclear calorimetry results obtained by the ALADIN collaboration are reported. In particular the so called "nuclear caloric curve" is analysed in details and a comparison of experimental data both from different heavy ion induced reactions, and different temperature measurements is discussed.
